MetroGrace gathers, trains, sends and coaches teams to develop gospel-centered, community based churches in neighborhoods throughout the city.
MetroGrace provides a Semester Internship program for College and Graduate Study Students who desire to serve in an urban context. Semester interns must be enrolled in college or graduate school; and, at least eighteen years old, having demonstrated the ability to live on their own. Students may receive credit for their service. Students should check with their academic adviser or registrar.
Semester interns may serve as volunteers without financial remuneration; or, they may raise support as short-term urban missionaries, receiving a salary to help with expenses.
Dr. Jim Brown provides oversight for the internship program. The internship is individually designed and adapted to fit the specific gifting and needs of each intern. Interns are paired with an experienced urban leader who provides day-to-day supervision.
Semester interns must return a completed application, medical release and pastoral reference to the address above.
